The story :
The story of La Cour d’Orgères began in 1973 when farmers Margareth and Pierre-Jan Indekeu from Orgères in the East of Brittany started making goat’s cheese. It was when they were making preserves for their family and friends in 1976 that they realised that it had become a success. In 1986, they decided to stop making goat’s cheese and concentrate fully on producing and selling jams : they went from being farmers to being artisans.
Their family secret : creating artisanal jams made traditionally in small quantities using a red copper cauldron without a lid to allow better evaporation. Their jams have been awarded a range of prizes including French Master Jam Maker and “Officier de bouche” of The Brotherhood of the Pot of Gold.
Corsican clementines are lightly sweet and are rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and carotenes. They are a good source of minerals, especially potassium, calcium and magnesium.
Serving advice :
Clementine jam is lightly bitter and with its sweet flavour can naturally be savoured with a slice of bread or brioche, in yoghurt, and also, of course, on waffles or pancakes made from products supplied in your box. Refrigerate after opening.

Founder Stéphanie Fay aims to offer an alternative to conventional pastries and ready-made cakes with delicious, healthy recipes which can be made quickly and easily with excellent results just by adding fresh ingredients. For an healthy breakfast, this delicious waffle recipe is rich in vitamin E, protein, fibres and minerals.
For 6 waffles / pancakes. To add : 200 ml milk, 28 ml oil, 2 eggs.
1- Grease and heat the waffle iron or the pancake pan.
2- Pour the baking mix into a large bowl, add milk, eggs and oil. Combine until reaching a smooth mix.
3- Bake your waffles until golden, between 3 and 5 minutes depending on your device and your personal taste. For your pancakes, cook them in an oiled pan heated for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
4- Taste nature, with honey or jam or with the accompaniment of your choice.

Les Deux Gourmands is the story of two friends who love gastronomy and are both fascinated by the world of agriculture. The two founders Louis and Guillaume took on a crazy challenge : to comb the Paris area in search of the best local producers and then create 100% Île-de-France biscuits and honeys. The ingredients all come from the Paris region. They are carefully selected and used to make the delicious biscuits at their farm in the Yvelines area, close to Paris. You’ll love the simplicity of these Mantois spelt flour biscuits. Brasseuil Windmills, located in the heart of Mantois, has been committed to a respectful environmental approach since 1972.

Hédène was created from the meeting of two honey-lovers, Cyril Marx and Alexis Ratouis. They desire to offer refined varieties of French honey and wish to offer every gourmet the unique pleasure of tasting a refined French-style honey. They also happened to be honey-lovers, since both were born in a family of beekeepers and had experienced honey harvesting since their youngest age. They had both learnt at the apiary school « Rucher-Ecole du Jardin du Luxembourg », in Paris.

Founded in 1998 in Montbard in the heart of Burgundy, Atelier Sarrasin makes a range of sweet and savoury biscuits with buckwheat flour as the key ingredient.
Montbard is a pretty town famous for being the birthplace of Count of Buffon Georges-Louis Leclerc in 1707. Buffon was a naturalist and a key figure in the Age of Enlightenment. He was director at the former Jardin du Roi in Paris, now the Jardin des Plantes, and transformed the site into a research centre and museum. He is the author of the Histoire Naturelle. Nature, which Count of Buffon spent his life studying and describing, is also a source of daily inspiration for Atelier Sarrasin, who believes that respecting the environment is a more modern path along which to proceed.
